We provide consultations and diagnostic work-up for the following conditions:

Reproductive problems (infertility; habitual abortion; recurrent pregnancy loss; planning and preparation to treatment with ART methods (IVF, AIHS (Artificial insemination with husband's semen), etc.); high-risk pregnancy follow-up, including after IVF; ultrasound prenatal diagnosis of the fetus at all periods of pregnancy)

2. Endocrine (“hormonal”) disorders in different age groups: all types of gynecological endocrinopathies (abnormal menstruation, amenorrhea, PCOS, hyperprolactinemia, etc.)

3. Menopausal disorders (diagnosis and treatment of menopausal syndrome, osteoporosis, menopausal metabolic syndrome, genitourinary menopausal syndrome, etc.)

4. Cervical pathologies (pseudo-erosion (ectropion), HPV-associated diseases (cervical condyloma, CIN) etc.)

5. Contraception planning and hormone replacement therapy and calculation complications risks using genetic passport data and individual clinical and anamnestic data

6. Personalized preventive examinations for detection of an existing pathology and prediction of a possible reproductive disease development in order to work out an individual prevention and treatment program
Hysteroscopic surgical treatment is performed for the following pathologies:

Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia (CIN) treatment
The department has accumulated experience in the non-surgical treatment of the cervical precancer (CIN) by photodynamic therapy (PDT) with a high cure rate.
