The regulations for patients and visitors of the Saint Petersburg State University Hospital have been developed in order to implement the legal rights of patients, create optimal conditions for their recovery, comply with sanitary and epidemiological requirements, public order, and prevent terrorist activities, other crimes and administrative offenses on the premises of the Clinic in order to ensure safe medical activities, and personal safety of employees, patients and visitors of the Hospital. These Regulations are by-laws that govern the behaviour of patients and visitors in the Clinic in accordance with the Health care legislation of the Russian Federation.
The stay of patients and visitors in the Hospital should not affect the treatment and diagnostic process, the medical and protective regimen, and the Hospital staff safety at work. The Regulations are valid on the premises of the Hospital and compliance with these Regulations is mandatory.
The Internal Regulations for patients of the Hospital include:
- Rights and responsibilities of the patient.
- Responsibility for violation of the regulations.
- Rights and responsibilities of visitors to the Clinic.
- Regulations for visiting patients in the Anaesthesiology and Resuscitation Department.
- Informing patients about the patient’s condition.
- Rules for handing over food.
