Important information
In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 (in accordance with the decision of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of St Petersburg, Federal Law No 52-FZ ‘On the sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population’ dated 30 March 1999 (revised 2 July 2021), patients with fever and/or signs of acute respiratory infections will not have access to the Clinic's facilities.
Patients with fever and/or signs of acute respiratory infection should first contact their local clinic to exclude COVID-19.
Responding to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Clinic has implemented measures to minimise the risk of infection to patients and medical staff to ensure the safety of medical care:

Temperature measurement for all staff at the Clinic and for all patients arriving for hospitalisation;

Epidemiological anamnesis check-up of all patients arriving at the Clinic;

Examination of patients by a general practitioner before admission to hospital.

Admission of visitors and attendants to wards, including outpatient wards, will be suspended altogether. (Communication between inpatients and relatives shall only be conducted by telephone)*.

Wearing a mask and hand treatment with antiseptics shall be compulsory during the entire stay in the inpatient ward!!!
Please note!
Patients should provide SARS-CoV-2 PCR test results when arriving for planned hospitalisation. According to Regulation No 33 issued by the Chief State Sanitary Doctor Anna Popova on 4 December 2021, 'The negative result of a polymerase chain reaction test for COVID-19 shall be valid for 48 hours from the time of the laboratory test result for COVID-19 has been obtained'.

We shall inform that in accordance with the Regulation of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of St Petersburg No 14 'On amendments to the Regulation of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of St Petersburg' dated 16 July 2020, no visitors, except for persons taking care of seriously ill or bed-ridden patients, shall be admitted to the in-patient medical facilities.
This restriction applies to the medical and diagnostic centres at 154 Fontanka River Embankment and 13-15 Kadetskaia Line, Vasilyevsky Island, both of which are inpatient care facilities.
If a patient arrives for consultations and outpatient care at one of these facilities and needs to be accompanied, the issue should be resolved individually with the attending physician when making an appointment through the receptionist. A pass shall be issued for the accompanying person.
We apologise for the temporary restrictions. We shall inform you once the situation with the access restrictions has changed.
The Clinic has been taking the necessary measures to protect the patients against COVID-19.
