1. Congenital and acquired deformities of the hand wrist and upper limb. The department performs the whole range of possible surgeries, complex reconstructionsive interventions, microsurgeries, including polylicization and free microsurgical toe-to-hand transplantation . Operations are performed for such pathologies as: syndactyly, polydactyly, brachydactyly, radial and ulnar clubhand, thumb first finger hypoplasia, schistasis, brachymetacarpia, macrodactyly gigantism, posttraumatic deformations injuries consequences of the hand wrist and upper limb, and other pathologies.

2. Congenital and acquired foot deformities: clubfoot, flat feet, severe multiplanar foot deformities, congenital abnormalities of the anterior area (polydactyly, syndactyly, brachymetatarsia).

3. Neuro-orthopedic surgery (treatment of patients with such pathologies as cerebral palsy, congenital abnormalities of the brain and spinal cord, progressive neuromuscular diseases).

4. Hip and knee joint deformities.

Correction of deformities and shortening of the lower and upper limbs in case of such pathologies as achondroplasia, varus and valgus deformities of the lower limbs, multiple exostotic chondrodysplasia, congenital malformations and shortening of the lower limbs, consequences of acute haematogenous osteomyelitis, Blount disease, Madelung's deformity, Olier disease, fibrous dysplasia. Patients with post-traumatic limb deformities, tumor-like diseases (exostoses, non-osteogenic fibromas, solitary and aneurysmal cysts), Sprengel deformity, congenital neoarthrosis.
